The Skills We Develop

Problem Solving

The most practical and important skill to anyone in the workplace – how to solve problems is the ultimate skill when it comes to employability. “How can this person make my job easier?” is the first question on the mind of any employer.

Critical Thinking

There’s an adage that has surfaced, claiming that “common sense isn’t so common anymore.” If it’s true, we’re here to combat that. Our courses encourage children to think critically about themselves, the world and the issues that arise in their lives.

Creativity

A person is never more creative than in childhood. Anything can become a game. Everything is new. The world is fascinating. We harness that creativity in our modules, encouraging children to get creative with regards to solving the issues of tomorrow.

Innovation

Directly relating to creativity, the end goal of our courses is to inspire your children to become innovators. Our multidisciplinary learning techniques bring that out of them, encouraging them to grow into the innovators that the world needs.

Communication

In the age of social media, communication seems to be easier than ever. It’s a stilted, strange form that, despite instant access to anyone, anywhere, anytime, often leaves people feeling more isolated. We teach children how to communicate effectively.

Self Direction

As a child, our natural instinct is to turn to a figure of authority for guidance. We teach them how to learn for themselves, to take ownership over their study and to grow as learners.

Social Responsibility

Cultural shifts are a part of life in any community, in any country on earth. They’re always happening, so your children need to have the knowledge of how to navigate them, effectively and responsibly.
